All of our products are handmade with care.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.



🚚 Shipping & Delivery



We currently ship within the UK only.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is:


  • 2–5 business days depending on your location



We use trusted couriers such as Royal Mail for safe and reliable delivery.



💥 Damaged Packages



If your order arrives damaged:


  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We will initiate a return and once received we will send a replacement at no cost to you




📦 Lost Packages



If your package appears to be lost in transit or never arrives:


  • Reach out to us and we’ll contact the courier to investigate
  • If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll issue a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances
