Serpent Creations began during one of the most difficult periods of my life.
After spending time in hospital while struggling with my mental health, I found comfort in crafting. What started as a way to keep my mind busy slowly grew into something much bigger—a small business built on creativity, determination and a love for making personalised gifts.
Today, every order is designed, personalised and carefully made by me. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, remembering a loved one or treating yourself, I put the same care and attention into every item as if I were making it for my own family.

Just what my child wanted thanks. Good weight doesn't feel cheap. He loves the Minecraft design and is helping encourage drinks in the hot weather. Bonus lid also means he can use even when he out grows the sippy cup.

Can I personalise my item?

Yes! Most of my products can be personalised with names, dates, photos or your own custom text. Simply enter your personalisation details before adding the item to your basket. If you have a special request or aren't sure if something is possible, feel free to get in touch via serpentcreationsco@gmail.com before ordering. I'll always do my best to help.

Will I receive a design preview?

Yes! For custom designs, I always contact you via Facebook Messenger or email before I make your order. This gives you the opportunity to check that you're happy with the design, spelling, colours and overall layout. I won't begin creating your item until you've confirmed that everything looks just right.

Can I return a personalised item?

As all personalised items are made especially for you, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, faulty or there has been a mistake on my part. If there's ever a problem with your order, please get in touch and I'll do everything I can to make it right.

How do I care for my item?

Care instructions vary depending on the product you've ordered. Where applicable, care instructions will be included with your order or listed in the product description. Following these instructions will help keep your personalised item looking its best for as long as possible.
